Abstract Paintings Evoke Abstract Emotions In Most Of Us!...
What do we actually class as abstract paintings?
You may well ask! To many individuals this is a minefield, they find abstract paintings so very confusing.
Today there are so many forms of amazing abstract paintings for people to differentiate from and to come to terms with.
At some time or another the majority of us have visited a gallery and just wondered how on earth the artist arrived at the title of his abstract paintings.
It may well be that we really like the abstract paintings, but just fail to see the connection the artist was trying to make.
There again you may find some abstract art which is untitled.
Maybe the artist did not know what inspired him and therefore left it up to the buyer to decide.
I am sure that some people would like doing this, but in some cases the title helps to sell the art.
Personally I often set out with a subject in mind which then completely goes out of the window.
For some reason I deviate from this and something different evolves. I cannot explain why, it just happens and evolves into a different creative form of abstract art..
Generally I would have to say, as a guide, if it is classed as abstract art it can still be something that you do in fact recognize.
These works of art I would identify as representational abstact art.
As an example, if you look at my abstract paintings like "Blooming Rose", which is listed in the abstract paintings section above.
Abstract paintings most probably tend to take shape from sensations.
With this form of art it is in actual fact portraying how the artist at the time was feeling.
Let's face it, we all have different feelings about things, but we wouldn't all set to and paint them, furthermore most likely couldn't.
When the form that is created is unreal, I would class this as abstract paintings.
This is usually ruled by colour and form to make the expressionism. Of course this is only the very tip of all the amazing forms that this particular genre of art has to offer.
In the main, if the title to you is pretty far fetched for the art and the shapes, lines and colouring pretty unusual, you can bet your life this is classed as abstract paintings!
